  • Wedding ceremony of the older brother.

The very hot day

It was fine

I was junior high school student

Brother wear white morning and gold tie

Bride wear white, pink and blue dress

At a marrige ceremonial hall of Ashikaga

A ceremony and banquet were held

Brother’s friends looked glad

Mother cried out of joy

Me too

  • My grandfather does not come back

My grandfather is all back and white hair

He ran a sewing machine company

He lived for work

He did not come back to the house

I don’t know what he is doing where now

I want to meet my grandfather

Schoool is all?

He wear glasses that is silver and sharp flame

That day, he took a bath

Myocardinal infarction

When we noticed, he was dead

Later I met him

I cried in naturally

  • I went to the United States for training for two weeks

I went to Washington.D.C., Boston, NewYork and Florida

U.S.A’s images are happy, bright and my admiration

However

I shocked homeless

He looks Japanese, begs

How awful

The life does not consist without black

I say “I love you”

She says only “Sorry”

Very sad and went to home

Cried like a rain

Lesson4:Review of Chamcharatsri’s article.

L2 is useful to express of personal voice. In this case, L1 doesn’t have expressive style.  We have emotional feeling (e.g. love, sadness, anger, happy etc…). But if we don’t have expressive style? Right. We will do hug, kiss, tear etc… but it is difficult for these expression methods to convey the feeling by the contents. So poetry writing is a useful genre espesially for L2 learners to learn in order to help them express their emotions(Haneuer, 2010 and Chamcharatsri, 2013).

Make a short list of 15 significant moments.

  • I fell from the aerial ladder and boroke the arm. (5 years old.)
  • A cousin died of myocardial infarction. (20 years old.)
  • I went to the United States for the training for two weeks. (18 years old.)
  • Tohoku earthquake and tsunami 11/3/2011.

Lesson3 : Review of A.Iida’s article (2016)

This article arged poety’s interesting written by L2 students. So L2 writer use unique expression for example using first language or three dot leader. This expression has meaning to use. Using  mother tongue can convey a delicate nuance. In this article, L2 writer used “つながりません”. Usually we use “out of order”, but he says it. From this expression, a sentence of oppression and a impression of the place irritation are handed down very much. A three-dot leader express the thought that words do not have and space.

This article shows some poetry. In some poetry, my best poem is “At Driving School”(p.127). Why did I choose this one? Because I think this poetry has  ballottement. So a moderate conversation expresses the reality and difficulty of the situation grasp of the earthquake. And in my case, I didn’t readily notice the erathequake because I ride my bycicle with my friends. Firstly I think very hard wind then. Trees shook intensely. But to see utility pole shook intensely, I noticed  earthquake. Just after that, the tile of the near house collapsed. This experience interlap the poetry. So I was able tosympathize with this poetry easily. In addition, this poetry’s three-dot leader expressed this person’s embarrassement. In Japanese poetry, space have very important meaning. For example three-dot leader has sadness, anger, lonliness, embarrassment and more. So this writer’s feeling is acrossed three-dot leader.

For the reasons above, I choosed this poetry is the best.

Lrsson2:Review of Hanauer’s(2003) article

I learned Make-up English Apr 16,2018. So, I read Hanauer’s article that is very hard to read for me but Dr.Iida teach me type of reading (skimming,scanning and close reading). Well, here it review the article.

I have 2 things were understood from this article.

First, I understand the article tell that poetry is important for the field of applied linguistics. Because the author used the same thing many times in each paragraph. And I think the article referred to the importance of poetry constructed around the principle of linguistically.

Second, poetry can remind us of the value of the humanly individual life is important of this. By this article, an example included poetry of Sep 11,2001. In the explanation, the author said “Of particular importance here is the potential of personal understanding in research to qualify over-generalized collectivist positions and facilitate the expression of individual diversity within wider cultural frames.”, so I think the importance of poety is humanly individual life, flaver, color or character.

Thus reading this article, and having thought.Poety writing is to notice the value of one’s life in a variety of social nature.

At last, this author argued for poetry for the field of applied linguistics and humanly individual life.But I think the poety is free thing and is an evaluation and a criticized thing from nobody.

I hope my feeling comes in this sentence.

Lesson1:Self-Introduction

Hi! I’m Masahiko Kawashima. I’m student of Gunma Univ and major science. And my home town is Tatebayashi in Gunma prefecture. I was born on Nov 12,1996.

Please call me “Jura” willingly.

My hobby is Outdoor, Cooking and Dance. I’m a member of the Dance Circle “B-STYLE” and show a dance showcase by a school festival.

I want to be a teacher but my field is in nature.

My favorite singer is Flo Rida, Maroon5, DAOKO and Aimyon. Recently, I like Aimyon in particular.

I have been to the U.S.A for a past only for 2 weeks. So I’ve been to WhiteHouse, Lincoln Valhall and NASA space center in Florida. It was experience to receive stimulation very much.

I think my sentence to have been hard toread because I’m weak in English.
